Pay 20% to start your order — we buy nothing before that.

Cancel free any time before we buy your product — full refund of your deposit. Once we have bought it, the order stands.

Your account shows whether you can still cancel.

If we can't deliver your order — customs, availability, anything on our side — you get everything back within 5 business days, no deductions, or account credit if you prefer.

Pay the remaining 80% when your goods are in Egypt, before delivery to your door.

Report damage or a wrong item at delivery or within 48 hours — transport damage is our responsibility, not yours.
